基于光纤通信的缓冲器电源监控系统
Snubber power monitoring-control system based on fiber communication
【摘要】 介绍了一套基于光纤通信的高压缓冲器电源监控系统。讨论了基于单片机监控系统的软硬件构成,介绍了光纤通信,V/F,F/V变换,上下位机程序实现,其中光纤通信传输距离达到1 km,V/F,F/V变换频率响应达到1 kHz。基本滤波隔离,屏蔽等抗干扰措施及压敏电阻的应用保证了该系统的高可靠性。实验测试表明,该系统在实验电压达到80 kV下能够稳定可靠工作。
【Abstract】 A snubber power monitoring-control system based on fiber communication was introduced. The system construction and the function principle were discussed. The achievements of fiber communication, V/F, F/V transform, HIM, MCU control program were introduced, when fiber transmission distance was up to 1 km, V/F, F/V transformation frequency responsed up to 1 kHz. The high reliability of the system was ensured by the applications of filtering, isolating, shielding and pressure sensitive resistance. The results of test experiments show that the system can work stablely and reliablely under working voltage up to 80 kV.
