Ti类质同象替代对LiMn2O4尖晶石电化学性能影响
Effect of titanium isomorphism on electrochemical properties of spinel LiMn2O4
【摘要】 以尿素脱硝法按不同配比制备了Ti掺杂锂锰尖晶石正极材料,并对其晶体结构及电化学性能进行了研究。Ti掺杂后样品仍能保持单一尖晶石相;Ti掺杂对材料的晶胞参数、真密度等晶体结构特征物理参数产生影响,进而影响了其电化学性能。充放电循环测试结果表明:Ti掺杂后样品的充放电循环性能,尤其在高倍率放电下比容量及充放电效率大大提高;按配比n(Li)∶n(Mn)∶n(Ti)=1∶1.95∶0.05制备的样品表现出最优异的比容量及循环性能。充放电循环对晶体结构完整性造成的破坏与放电倍率成正比,样品LiTi0.05Mn1.95O4具有相对稳定的晶体结构。
【Abstract】 Ti doped with spinel LiMn2O4was investigated based on urea denitration method by different content. The crystal structure and electrochemical performance of the anode material were investigated. A standard spinel structure was kept by the Ti-doped spinels. The physical parameters of doped spinels such as lattice parameters and real densities were affected by doping with Ti. Then the electrochemical performance was affected. The charge-discharge cycle test result shows: The cyclic performance and specific capacities and charge-discharge efficiency is higher and higher after doping with Ti. The best capacity and cyclic performance was exhibited under the compounding ratio of LiTi0.05Mn1.95O4spinel. The damage to the integrity of the crystal structure was increased with the discharge rate. A more stable crystal structure was own by the sample LiTi0.05Mn1.95O4.
