重金属捕集剂丁基黄药处理电镀废水的研究
Research on Electroplating Wastewater Treatment with Heavy Metal Chelating Agent,Butyl Xanthate
【摘要】 研究了重金属捕集剂丁基黄药处理电镀工业废水的工艺条件。实验结果表明,在常温下,将电镀废水的pH由2.9调至6~7,加入2.5mL 10%的丁基黄药溶液。絮凝剂0.8mL 0.1%的聚合氯化铝溶液,快速搅拌(300r/min)1min,慢速搅拌(100r/min)10min,处理后的废水中Cu2+、Zn2+、Ni2+、Cr(Ⅵ)和总铬等重金属离子的残留质量浓度均低于国家电镀污染物排放标准(GB21900-2008)最高允许值,产生的污泥在pH大于或等于9的水环境中比较稳定。与硫化钠处理电镀废水比较,该方法沉降速度快、矾花大、污泥体积小,污泥可以回收利用,具有良好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 In this paper,technological conditions of electroplating wastewater treatment with heavy metal chelating agent,butyl xanthate were studied. Experimental results showed that under the conditions of normal atmospheric temperature,adjusting pH value of the wastewater from 2. 9 to 6 ~ 7,an amount of2. 5 mL butyl xanthate(10%),an amount of 0. 8 mL polyaluminum chloride(0. 1%),a fast stirring time of 1. 0 minute and a slow stirring time of 10. 0 minutes,all the residual concentrations of Cu2 +,Zn2 +,Ni2 +,Cr(Ⅵ),total chromium and other heavy metal ions in the treated wastewater were below the allowable values or A standards of the National Wastewater Discharge Standard( GB21900-2008). The generated sludge was relatively stable in water environment at pH value greater than or equal to 9. Compared with sodium sulfide treatment method,this method had good prospect due to its high settlement rate,large alum,small sludge volume and the recycled sludge.
