一种电刷镀铁修复齿轮轴的工艺研究

【摘要】 研究了一种电刷镀铁修复齿轮轴的工艺,分析了电刷镀铁工艺参数对刷镀铁质量的影响,介绍了刷镀铁质量控制的工艺方法。实践表明,主盐氯化亚铁质量浓度、电镀液中pH、刷镀液中的Fe3+和工作电压是影响刷镀铁质量的关键要素,工作中主盐氯化亚铁质量浓度应控制在400~450 g/L,电镀液中的pH在1.5~2.5之间,U在12~14 V范围内;添加抗氧化剂碘化钾,可有效控制Fe3+的产生,从而提高刷镀铁的镀层质量。

【Abstract】 A kind of Fe brush plating technology for gear shaft repairing was studied,the influences of process parameters on quality of the Fe brush plating were analyzed,and quality control methods of the Fe brush plating were described. Practice showed that main salt( ferrous disulfide) concentration,pH value,Fe3 +quantity and operating voltage were the key factors which would affect the quality of Fe brush plating. For improving the quality of Fe brush plating,ferrous disulfide concentration should be 400 g /L ~ 450 g /L,pH value should be 1. 5 ~ 2. 5,operating voltage should be 12 V ~ 14 V,and potassium iodide should be added as antioxidant to suppress the generation of Fe3 +.
