【摘要】 目的总结山西省2000~2013年碘缺乏病实验室外质控网络运行情况,切实巩固碘缺乏病实验室质控工作成果,建立全省碘缺乏病实验室质控考核工作的长效机制。方法对山西省碘缺乏病实验室外质控网络考核工作反馈率、合格率等进行逐年分析并从人员、设备、培训等方面进行总结。结果通过14年的外质控网络运行,全省三级碘缺乏病实验室能力建设和人员素质逐步提高,质控考核合格率稳步提升,达到全国前列水平。结论持之以恒的技术培训和年度外质控网络运行是提高碘缺乏病实验室检测质量和检测水平的重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Summary of Shanxi province iodine deficiency disorders( IDD) laboratory quality control network condition in 2000 ~ 2013,consolidate results of laboratory quality control of IDD,establish long- term mechanism of IDD laboratory quality control assessment work. Methods The iodine deficiency disorders in Shanxi province laboratory quality control net work appraisal feedback rate,the qualified rate of year by year analysis,and summary from the personnel,equipment,training,etc. Results Through 14 years of quality control at the network operation,gradually increase three- level IDD laboratory capacity building and personnel quality of whole province,the qualified rate of steady improvement in quality control. Achieve top level of the whole nation. Conclusions Technical training and the annually external quality control network was an important means to improve the quality of laboratory tests of IDD and the level of detection.更多还原
