基于动态电价的新能源实时调度定价与策略研究

【摘要】 提出了一种对新能源电价进行动态定价的策略和方法,将新能源动态电价分为固定电价和浮动电价两部分。利用浮动电价实时反映新能源发电带来的环保减排价值和对电力系统运行的影响。在动态经济调度模式的基础上,对比火电机组的边际环境成本和备用容量偏移量,提出了新能源环境电价、实时备用容量电价、预测惩罚电价3种浮动电价的定价策略。仿真计算结果验证了3种浮动电价制定的合理性和正确性。

【Abstract】 A strategy and method for dynamic pricing of new energy are proposed. Dividing the dynamic electricity price of new energy into fixed-price and floating-price, and the floating-price is used to reflect the values of environment protection and emission reduction brought by new energy power generation and the impact of new energy power generation on power system operation in real time. Based on dynamic economic dispatching mode, three pricing strategies to draft floating-prices, namely the environment price of new energy, the price of real-time reserve capacity and the predicted penalty price, are put forward. The reasonableness and correctness of the three strategies to draft floating-prices are validated by simulation results.
