【摘要】 小学教育专业是我国高校1998年新建的本科专业,以文献研究、问卷调查、访谈和数理统计为基础对2013届小学教育本科毕业生的职业意识进行了调查研究,结果为对就业形势不乐观、为就业所做准备不足、择业意向不明确、择业意向偏高、择业观模糊,提出增强专业认同感、注重学科知识掌握、突出专业特长等对策,以期提高该专业每一个毕业生的职业意识和就业质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Primary school education bachelor is newly found in China in 1998.According to the employment situation of its previous graduates.Based on literature study,questionnaire survey,interview survey and mathematical statistics,this paper researches the career consciousness of the 2013 graduates of primary school education bachelor.Results:employment situation is not optimistic,prepare for employment is insufficient,view of employment are fuzzy,employment intention is not clear.Countermeasures:enhance the professional identity,enhancement is proposed for employment,professional identity,pay attention discipline knowledge,outstanding expertise countermeasures.it is hoped to improve career consciousness of every graduate in this major.更多还原
