【摘要】 对似刺鳊(Paracanthobrama guichenoti)的性腺组织进行周年取样,采用石蜡切片技术,观察了似刺鳊卵巢、精巢发育的组织学特征和周年变化过程,结果显示:似刺鳊性成熟年龄为1龄,卵巢发育属于部分同步性,一次性产卵类型。产卵时间始于3月底,持续到5月初,在整个生殖周期内,性腺发育分六个时期,雌性全年的成熟系数一般波动在1.01%~16.50%,雄性全年的成熟系数一般波动在0.08%~0.93%。精巢属于典型的小叶型结构。精子发生经历了精原细胞、初级精母细胞、次级精母细胞及精子细胞和成熟的精子5个阶段。更多还原

【Abstract】 The gonads of Paracanthobrama guichenoti were sampled during one year. The histological characteristics,annual development of ovary and spermary of P. guichenoti were observed by paraffin slice and HE staining techniques. The results showed that P. guichenoti spawned only once in a year and the age of sexual maturity is one year old. The ovarian development was partial synchronous,and its spawning period lasted from March to May. In the reproductive cycle,the development of gonads could be divided into six stages. The female gonadosomatic indexs( GSI) were ranging from 1. 01% to 16. 5% all the year round,while the GSI of male were ranging from 0. 08% to 0. 93%. The spermary had typical lobular structures,the sperms developed through five stages,including androgone,first spermatocyte,secondary spermatocyte,spermatoblast and mature sperms.更多还原
