电桥的虚拟测试平台技术

【摘要】 基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台,研究虚拟测试平台技术。针对电流比较仪式电桥测量系统,分析其特性并搭建测试平台,测试平台集成电桥磁通平衡系统、数据采集模块、测量算法模块及相对误差分析与判定模块。利用Stateflow流程图设计离散傅里叶变换和电流比较仪式电桥自动平衡算法,计算被测电容的电容值Cx和介质损耗角正切tanδ。在此测试平台,模拟工业现场系统电源初始相位偏差、频率偏差、高次谐波等实时情况,验证算法代码的精度和稳定性,论证算法的工程适用性。

【Abstract】 Virtual test platform technology is discussed on the basis of MATLAB /Simulink platform. Characteristics of current comparator bridge measurement system are analyzed and a test platform is established,integrating bridge flux-balance system,data acquisition module,measurement algorithm module and relative error analysis and judgment module. Stateflow chart is used to design discrete Fourier transform and current comparator bridge automatic balance algorithm to calculate capacitance value of the measured capacitor Cx and dielectric loss angle tangent tan δ. On the test platform,real-time circumstances such as initial phase deviation,frequency deviation and higher harmonics of the power supply of the industrial site to verify the accuracy and stability of the algorithm code as well as applicability of the algorithms to engineering.
