110kV中性点经电阻接地系统的雷电过电压研究
A Study on the Lightning Over-voltage of the 110 kV Neutral Resistance Grounding System
【摘要】 采用ATP仿真研究了中性点接地电阻值对电气设备雷电过电压水平的影响以及现有防雷方案的耐雷水平,并且提出了改进措施。研究表明:110 kV中性点改经电阻RN接地后,除了变压器110 kV侧中性点的过电压值与RN成正比外,其它电气设备的雷电过电压水平与RN几乎无关;采用线路加装避雷器和降低杆塔接地电阻的方法能有效提高系统的耐雷水平。从防止雷电过电压的角度证明了110 kV系统采用电阻接地方式的可行性。
【Abstract】 ATP simulation is applied to study the influence of neutral grounding resistance value upon the lightning over-voltage and the lightning impulse tolerance level of existing lightning protection schemes,and improvement steps are presented. The study shows that after the110 kV neutral point is made to be grounded via resistor RN,the over-voltage value of the neutral point at the 110 kV side is directly proportional to RN,and the lightening voltage level of all other electrical equipment is hardly related to RN. By installing a lightning arrester and reducing tower grounding resistance,we can promote system’s lightning impulse tolerance level. The results prove the feasibility of 110 kV neutral resistance grounding system for prevention of lightning over voltage.
