测定堆石体密度的附加质量法数值模拟研究
Numerical simulation on density measurement of rockfill body by additive mass method
【摘要】 在堆石体的密度检测中,附加质量法具有方便、无损等优点,近年来有较为广泛的应用.本文以糯扎渡水电站堆石坝的密度附加质量法检测为参考,对附加质量法检测密度的过程进行了有限元数值模拟.通过对6组荷载参数、7组介质参数、2组偏移距以及2组附加质量块半径等情况下堆石体参振范围、接收信号频谱以及Δm-D曲线的计算和对比分析,得到了参振体形状及深度、接收信号主频以及参振质量m0的影响因素,在此基础上对附加质量法实际应用中各测试参数的设定提出了建议.
【Abstract】 In the density detection of rockfill body,additive mass method is convenient and nondestructive,so it’s widely used.In this paper,based on the application of additive mass method in the rockfill dam density detection of Chinese Nuozhadu Hydropower Station,we did a series of finite element numerical simulation on this method.We set 6cases of load parameter,7cases of medium parameter,2cases of offset distance,and 2cases of radius of additive mass plate.We compute and analyze the corresponding vibration distribution ranges of the rockfill body,the corresponding spectra of received vibration signal,and the correspondingΔm-Dcurves.We get some influence factors on the shape and depth of the vibration bound,on the dominant frequency of received vibration signal,and on the vibration mass m0.Based on this numerical simulation,we give some suggestions on how to set the test parameters to the practical application of additive mass method.
