二烯烃选择加氢非贵金属Ni-Mo-W催化剂
Non-noble metal diene selective hydrogenation Ni-Mo-W catalyst
【摘要】 合成选择性加氢脱二烯烃用非贵金属Ni-Mo-W催化剂;通过氮吸附、XRD、TEM、TPR等表征方法,研究催化剂晶相结构及形貌特征,以异戊二烯为探针反应物,进行催化剂性能评价.结果表明:以NiZnAlK-LDH为前驱体合成的层状Ni-Mo-W选择加氢催化剂,具有高的反应活性和选择性,能将模型油双烯值从1.0降至0.2以下,总烯烃质量分数下降在3%以下,反应温度比传统氧化铝负载型催化剂的低40℃以上,反应压力比传统氧化铝负载型催化剂的低0.5MPa以上,显示较好的应用发展前景.
【Abstract】 In this paper,non-noble metal Ni-Mo-W catalyst for diene removal were prepared and characterized by XRD,TEM,and TPR methods.Isoprene as a probe molecule was evaluated on the catalysts.The results showed that the Ni-Mo-W catalyst with layered structure prepared using NiZnAlK-LDH as the catalyst precursor exhibited much higher selective hydrogenation activity.Diene value was reduced from 1.0to 0.2or less,whereas the total olefin content loss was controlled to below 3%under mild operating conditions.The non-noble metal Ni-Mo-W catalyst showed a promising application prospective.
