【Abstract】 The load forecasting is very important for the safe and stable operation of power system,its accuracy will directly influence the network planning,investment,and the safety,reliability and economy of power system. This paper introduces the principle of the standard BP network algorithm,and aiming at the defects of standard BP network algorithm,is put forward based on the SCG algorithm to improve the standard BP network,to a chieving the purpose of the convergence speed,high calculation precision.
