高速铁路供电臂网络保护方案
Network Protection Scheme for High Speed Railway Power Supply Arm
【摘要】 分析了以供电臂为单元的传统保护方案的不足,提出了一种以网络为基础的高速铁路供电臂保护新方案。在该方案中主要讨论并用MATLAB仿真软件验证了当供电臂发生短路故障(T-R、T-F、R-F)时,如何通过牵引变电所、AT所、分区所内的电气量的特征来判断故障所在的供电臂,并通过光纤以太网实现故障信息的共享,从而准确、快速地判断故障所在的供电臂,以此提高供电可靠性和自动化程度。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of traditional protection scheme which regard the power supply as the unit, a new protection scheme based on supply arm of high speed railway power supply arm is proposed. When the power supply arm has a short-circuit fault(T- R, T- F, R- F), how to through the characteristics of electric parameters of traction substation, AT substation and partition substation judge the fault in the power supply arm. And through the optical fiber Ethernet to realize the sharing of fault information. judge the fault of the power supply arm quickly and accurately.in order to improve the reliability and the degree of automation of power supply is introduced.
