恒照度调光的LED驱动器设计
Design of LED Driver with Constant Illumination Adjusting
【摘要】 随着照明技术的不断发展以及能源的日益紧张,绿色照明成为主要的研究方向。本文针对传统照明能效低、耗电量大等问题,设计了LED恒照度调光驱动器。系统使用恒流LED控制芯片NCL30160作为LED光源驱动电路,采用TSL2561光照度传感器采集室内光照度,通过处理器相应算法进行闭环控制,实现室内的恒照度调光。该算法实现了PWM波形平滑变化,避免因PWM突变造成闪光。同时,系统增加了人体运动控制,实现无人、有人时的不同调光方案,使设计进一步节能和智能化。
【Abstract】 With the development of lighting technology and the increasing requirements of energy,green lighting becomes the main research issues.Aiming at the problems of traditional lighting such as low efficency and huge electric power consumption,a kind of LED constant illumination adjusting driver is designed.It uses constant current LED control IC NCL30160 as the driving circuit of LED light sources,uses the illuminance sensor TSL2561 to collect indoor illuminance,and realizes the closed-loop control through the corresponding algorithm of the controller,so that indoor constant illumination adjusting is realized.The algorithm makes the PWM wave change smooth so as to avoid the flash of light cased by unexpected PWM changes.Meanwhile,the system increases the human motion control and uses different programs when people come in or not,so that the design becomes more power-frugal and intelligent.
