【摘要】 目前我国大部分医院都不同程度完成了医院信息化建设,医院信息化建设的核心是为医疗服务的HIS系统以及围绕HIS系统的PACS、LIS、EMR等医疗辅助系统。然而,医院信息化中却很少提及多媒体应用。随着医院网络基础设施的不断完善,网络化视频监控已经成为医院视频监控发展的主要手段。IP监控具有灵活、开放以及可扩展的特性,正适用于医院网络化视频监控。IP监控不仅可以满足医院的安防要求,还可以为医院提供手术示教、远程探视、远程医疗会诊等拓展应用,从而全面提升医院的服务质量和管理能力。恰逢某医院药房部署了一套某品牌的新一代NVR(Net Video Recorder)IP视频监控系统,该文通过对该三甲医院的ip视频监控系统应用的实现来探讨IP视频监控技术在医疗行业的应用和发展前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present most of our hospitals are different degrees of completion of the construction of hospital information system,hospital information construction is the core of HIS system for medical services in and around the HIS system PACS, LIS, EMR and other medical aid system. However, hospital informationization is seldom mentioned multimedia applications. With the continuous improvement of hospital network infrastructure, network video surveillance has become the main means of video monitoring the development of hospital. Has the characteristics of flexible, open and extensible IP monitor, is suitable for the hospital network video monitoring. IP monitoring can not only meet the hospital security requirements, can also provide operation teaching, remote access, remote medical consultation and application for the hospital, so as to enhance the quality of hospital service and management ability.
