【摘要】 国家标准《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T50378-2014)已发布,将于2015年实施。本文首先对《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T50378-2006)中的评价指标进行了回顾,并根据评价方式分为措施、效果、标准、性能4类,还简要分析了其存在的问题。基于标准修订工作的逻辑框架,进一步介绍了《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T50378-2014)中评价指标体系及基于GB/T50378-2006的修改情况,并分析了其继承性、全局性和可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The national standard of Evaluation Standard for Green Building(GB/T50378-2014) has been issued, and will come into effect from 2015. This paper firstly summarizes the evaluation indices in Evaluation Standard for Green Building(GB/T50378-2006), classifies them into 4 categories of measures, effects, specifications, and performance according to evaluation methods, and then briefly analyzes the existing problems. Based on the logic framework of revision, the paper further introduces the evaluation index system in GB/T50378-2014 and the changes made to GB/T50378-2006, and analyzes the inheritance, universality, and operability of the system.更多还原
