【摘要】 我国淡水湖泊的富营养化问题与地区发展模式高度相关,其解决的关键在于区域城镇化过程中全面实施生态转型。本文以巢湖为研究对象,分析其生态退化机理,提出巢湖流域生态保护修复的策略,并在此基础上制定合肥城镇化发展战略规划。规划内容包括产业结构与产业布局的调整、交通与城镇体系调整、环湖土地利用调整、农业与农村生态发展、水位调节与环湖生态缓冲区设置等战略举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 The eutrophication of the five big freshwater lakes has a direct correlation with the regional economic development, for which the key is to realize the ecological development in the course of regional urbanization. With Chaohu Lake as the research object, this paper analyzes the ecological degradation mechanisms of the lake and puts forward corresponding strategies for the ecological protection and restoration of Chaohu Lake. On the basis of that, the paper develops a strategic planning for the urbanization of Hefei City. The planning includes the adjustment of industrial structure and industrial layout, the establishment of an ecological transportation system, the adjustment of urban system, the adjustment of lakefront land-use planning, the ecological development of agriculture and rural areas, the ecological regulation of water level, the establishment of lakefront ecological buffer area, and other strategic measures.更多还原
