【Abstract】 This paper states the ways and method of learning resou rces construction.The major findings are as follow:teaching courseware into learning courseware, exquisite course sites into the course website, extracurricular expanding resources into students training system, teaching materials into school-based teaching materials and create learning discussion boards.
