智能配电通信无线传感网络链路质量评估预测建模
Link-quality Estimation and Prediction Modeling of Wireless Sensor Networks in Smart Distribution Network Communication
【摘要】 由于无线传感器网络(WSNs)通信链路具有的状态过渡性和环境高度相关性,链路质量评估预测成为智能配电通信WSNs能否实现可靠传输的重要一环。文中通过建立智能配电通信WSNs链路质量评估预测模型,分析了模型的主要影响因素本底噪音扰动和信号强度衰减扰动。提出采用alpha-stable分布拟合本底噪音的方法,建立本底噪音扰动的数学模型;采用最小二乘法实时估计影响信号强度的环境参数,建立信号强度衰减扰动数学模型。最后,实验验证表明:建立的配电通信WSNs链路质量评估预测模型能准确评估和预测实际链路质量。
【Abstract】 Owing to the state transition and environment relativity of the communication link of wireless sensor networks(WSNs),the estimation and prediction of link-quality has become an important part of realizing reliable transmission of WSNs in smart distribution network communication.This paper presents the development of a link-quality estimation and prediction model of WSNs in smart distribution network communication.Then the main influencing factors of the model including disturbances of the background noise and signal strength attenuation are analyzed.The alpha-stable distribution is adopted to fit the background noise while developing a mathematical model on the disturbance of background noise.Meanwhile,the least square method(LSM)is used to estimate the environment parameters influencing the signal strength while developing a mathematical model for the disturbance of signal strength attenuation.Finally,it is shown by experiment that the proposed link-quality estimation and prediction model is able to accurately estimate and predict the actual link-quality.
