【摘要】 辩证法的理论特质决定一种国家理论的独特构造。传统政治理论的核心是国家理论,上世纪中叶,现代政治学科实证化、科学化倾向加深了国家理论的一度式微。世界性市民社会思潮的兴起,又将"市民社会-国家"分析范式再度推向学术前沿。马克思主义国家理论于此背景下挣脱了教科书式的原理把握,并在理论互动中形成了自己的研究范式。本文力图透过"辩证法-国家理论"的视野揭示马克思国家理论的完整面貌,并着力通过对马克思国家学说及其实质的当代解析,对马克思国家理论做出当代修构。基于现代国家社会体系构成要素已经发生了巨大变化,社会演变机制呈现出空前的复杂化和综合性。所以,研究马克思国家理论要在视界转换基础上,充分结合一个多世纪以来各种有价值的理论批判思想,切实观照当代社会国家发展态势,充分发挥马克思国家理论在建设中国社会中的理论导向价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The theoretical peculiarities of dialectics decide the unique structure of a theory of the state.The core of traditional political theory is theory of the state. At one time,theory of the state declined and was deepened by the empirical and scientific trends of modern political science in the middle of the 20 th century. With the rise of ideological trend of civil society worldwide,the " civil society-state" analytical paradigm has again been pushed to the academic frontier. Under this background,Marxist theory of the state has got rid of textbook principles and conventions and thus formed its own research paradigm. The paper attempts to reveal the face of Marxist theory of the state from a " dialectics- theory of the state" perspective in an effort to undertake the contemporary construction of Marxist theory of the state by a contemporary analysis of Marxist doctrine of the state. Due to the great changes in the components of social system of a modern state,the social evolution mechanism has shown itself to be unprecedentedly complicated and comprehensive. Hence,when studying Marxist theory of the state,based on the conversion of our visual field,we should fully incorporate a variety of valuable theoretical and critical thoughts for more than a century,well observe the national development conditions in contemporary society and give full play to the theoretical value orientation of Marxist theory of the state in the construction of Chinese society.更多还原
