【Abstract】 Through the practical investigation of on-spot management level in rail transit equipment manufacturing,a comparatively objective,scientific and total evaluation model is proposed combining lean production mode and set approachs of evaluation index weight is studied based on AHP,and the evaluation method based on fuzzy for the lean production mode in rail transit equipment manufacturing and analysis method based on radar chart are also explored.
