非离子氨和氨氮对不同规格史氏鲟幼鱼的急性毒性及安全浓度评价

【摘要】 在水温为(22±1)℃、pH为7.6、DO为7.0~8.0 mg/L的条件下,对A1(1.7 g±0.2 g)、A2(3.6 g±0.6 g)、A3(10.3 g±1.5 g)3种不同规格的史氏鲟Acipenser schrencki幼鱼进行非离子氨和氨氮的急性毒性及安全浓度评价。结果表明:氨氮和非离子氨对史氏鲟幼鱼的半致死浓度(LC50)和安全浓度均与幼鱼的体质量呈正相关;氨氮对A1、A2、A3组史氏鲟幼鱼的96 h LC50分别为5.30、10.20、12.30 mg/L,安全浓度分别为0.53、1.02、1.23 mg/L;非离子氨对A1、A2、A3组幼鱼的96 h LC50分别为0.13、0.26、0.28 mg/L,安全浓度分别为0.01、0.03、0.03 mg/L。

【Abstract】 The acute toxicity and safety concentration of non- ionic ammonia and ammonia- N to juvenile Amur sturgeon Acipenser schrencki with body weight of(1. 7 ± 0. 2) g(A1),(3. 6 ± 0. 6) g(A2),and(10. 3 ± 1. 5) g(A3) were studied at water temperature of(22 ± 1)℃,pH 7. 6,and dissolved oxygen(DO) level of 7. 0- 8. 0 mg / L. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the median lethal concentration(LC50) and safety concentration of non- ionic ammonia and ammonia- N levels and body weight of the Amur sturgeon juveniles. Under the experimental conditions,the 96 h LC50of ammonia- N were found to be 5. 30 mg / L in A1,10. 20 mg / L in A2,and 12. 30 mg / L in A3,with safety concentration of 0. 53 mg / L in A1,1. 02 mg / L in A2, and 1. 23 mg / L in A3. The 96 h LC50of non- ionic ammonia- N were found to be 0. 13 mg / L in A1,0. 26 mg / L in A2,and 0. 28 mg / L in A3,with safety concentration of 0. 01 mg / L in A1,0. 03 mg / L in A2,and 0. 03 mg / L in A3.
