【摘要】 结合长期负责全校大学生学科竞赛组织、管理与竞赛具体指导工作的实践体会,提出了从学科竞赛体系顶层设计出发,采取赛课一体化、个性化的培养与研究性学习,学生能力评价、激励机制等四项改革措施,完善学科竞赛培育基地、一院一赛、科技文化节、网络媒体等四大平台建设,实施创新创业训练计划、创新工作室、创新团队、学生自主创新等四个工程开展学生综合能力培养,全方位开展学科竞赛文化培育与建设取得了较好的成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the organization,management and direction experience of undergraduate discipline competition,we put forward the top design of the discipline competition system. The proposed system takes four reform measures,namely integrating course with competition,personality cultivation and investigative study,capability evaluation,incentive mechanism. The"four platforms"are perfected,namely training base of discipline competition,one college one competition,science and technology culture festival,network media. The"four projects"are implemented to cultivate student comprehensive ability,namely training plan of innovation and entrepreneurship,creative studio,creative team,self- dependent innovation. Comprehensive cultivation and construction of discipline competition have achieved good effect.更多还原
