【摘要】 基于对沿海巡逻执法领域以往实践和理论的系统分析与总结,论述海上巡逻执法船队规模与结构优化的目标与意义,对船队规模与结构优化研究范围做了科学界定.研究发现,国内外对这一重要问题的研究尚处于起步与探索阶段,现有理论与技术方法还存在较大的局限性.为此,提出巡逻船艇任务需求量化、船队规划等需要进一步研究的问题和方向.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis and comment on existing practice and theory in this regard,the aim and significance of optimizing the scale and composition of patrol fleet are discussed,the research extent of optimizing the scale and composition of patrol fleet is defined. The fact that this important research area is still in its initiative and explorative stage. Existing theory and approaches are far from meeting the needs of practical requirement.
