【摘要】 为降低主观因素在船舶进出港操纵评估中对评估结果的影响,分析国际海事组织以及海事局关于评估标准的相关规定,结合船舶操纵理论,建立评价指标体系;利用专家评估法获得具体评价指标权重及标准值,应用隶属函数评估法建立评估模型;设计系统的整体架构,并利用C++程序设计语言开发船舶进出港操纵自动评估系统.该系统已经在船舶操纵模拟器中进行初步测试,效果比较理想.更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the impact of subjective factors on the evaluation results in the maneuver assessment of entering or leaving port,the paper analyzed the relevant provisions on the evaluation criteria of the international maritime organization and maritime safety administration,and established the evaluation index system combining with the theory of ship maneuvering. The weight and standard value of each evaluation index were obtained by using expert evaluation method,and the evaluation model was established by using membership function evaluation method. The overall structure of the system was designed,and the automatic evaluation system of the maneuver of entering or leaving port was developed with the C + + programming language. This system was preliminary tested in the ship handling simulator,and the effect is ideal.更多还原
