【摘要】 目的:分析脑转移瘤患者再次放疗治疗中联合应用替莫唑胺化疗的效果。方法:将108例对脑转移瘤患者分组,对照组64例,给予三维适形放疗治疗;观察组44例,在放疗的基础上配合替莫唑胺口服治疗,评估两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。两组间不良反应发生率相比无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:脑转移瘤患者再次放疗联合替莫唑胺治疗安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Analysis of brain metastases in patients with radiotherapy combined again for the effect of temozolomide chemotherapy treatment. Methods:108 cases of patients with brain metastasis group, control group 64 cases, given a three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy; observation group of 44 cases, based on the radiotherapy combined with temozolomide oral treatment, and the incidence of adverse reaction to evaluate the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.
