【摘要】 目的:研究超声引导下实施永久心脏起搏器置入的效果。方法:选择30例超声引导下进行永久心脏起搏器植入的患者为研究对象,观察治疗效果。结果:所有患者均成功置入,电极定位指标显示结果满意。1例患者在术后出现电极导管脱位。随访显示患者起搏器系统运行正常,没有并发症。结论:超声设备对永久心脏起搏器植入进行引导,具有较高的临床应用价值,安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the implementation of ultrasound-guided permanent pacemaker implantation effect. Methods:30 cases of ultrasound-guided implantation of a permanent pacemaker patients for the study,observed treatment effect.Results:All patients were successfully implanted,the electrode positioning indicators show satisfactory results.One patient in the postoperative catheter dislocation.Follow-up showed that patients pacemaker system is functioning properly,there are no complications.Conclusion:Ultrasound equipment for permanent pacemaker implantation to boot,with a high clinical value,high security.更多还原
