【摘要】 目的:研究分析小金胶囊对男性尿道炎后综合征的临床疗效。方法:顺序纳入2011年6月~2013年6月我院肾内科及泌尿外科诊疗的男性尿道炎后综合症患者150例,分为对照组和观察组各75例,对照组75例患者采用抗菌药物以及α-受体阻滞剂进行治疗,治疗组75例患者在对照组治疗基础上加用小金胶囊,均可根据患者的症状和病情采取经尿道微波热疗、尿道药物灌注、心理疏导等综合治疗。结果:150例男性尿道炎后综合征患者前列腺液检查以及病原体分析,59例磷脂小体减少的患者,占39.33%;65例白细胞阳性患者,占43.33%;细菌学检测阳性患者15例,占10.00%;支原体抗原阳性患者例4例,占2.66%;7例支原体培养阳性患者,占4.67%,所选患者前列腺检测结果中,慢性无菌前列腺炎患者70例(46.67%);慢性细菌性前列腺炎32例(21.33%);前列腺痛18例(12.00%);性病神经症患者30例(20.00%),治疗1个月后,治疗组的总有效率高达93.33%,对照组的总有效率为76.00%,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异明显。结论:男性尿道炎后综合征属于临床常见疾病,发病的原因比较复杂,且临床的表现较多。通过前列腺液的检查,并根据细菌学标准进行检测,采取小金胶囊及尿道微波热疗,尿道药物灌注,抗菌消炎药以及α-受体阻滞剂等综合治疗,其治疗的效果较佳,具有推广的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical therapeutic effects of Xiaojin capsule onmale post-urethritis syndrome. Methods:150 male patients diagnosed with post-urethritis syndrome in the Departments of Nephrology and Urology of XX hospital between June 2011 and June 2013, were separatedinto a control group(n=75) and an experimental group(n=75).The control group was treated withanti-bacteria drugs and alpha receptor blockers while the experimental group was treated with Xiaojin capsule in addition to the same medicinesin the control group. Furthermore, individuals from both groups were also treated with urethral microwave therapy, urethral perfusion and psychological therapiesetc. Depending on their disease conditions. Results: Based on prostatic fluid test and pathogen analysis of the 150 male post-urethritis syndrome patients, 59 individuals(39.33% of all patients) showed a decrease in phospholipid bodies level; 65 individuals(43.33% of all patients) were leukocyte positive; 15 individuals(10.00% of all patients) were positive for bacteriological test; 4 individuals(2.66% of all patients) were mycoplasma antigen positive; 7 individuals(4.67% of all patients) were positive for mycoplasma culture. For prostatic examination, 70 patients have chronic nonbacterial prostatitis(46.67%); 32 patients have chronic bacterial prostatitis(21.33%); 18 patients have prostatalgia(12.00%); and 30 patients have venereoneurosis(20.00%). After one month of treatment, the overall effective rate in the experimental group is 93.33%while the control group has an overall effective rate of 76%. The overall effective rate in the experimental group is significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion: Male post-urethritis syndrome is commonly seen in clinic, which has complicated pathological causes and a variety of clinical symptoms. By examining bacteriological criteria in patients’ prostatic fluid, patients treated with Xiaojin capsule, urethral microwave therapy, urethral perfusion, anti-bacteria drugs and alpha receptor blockersexhibited significant therapeutic effects. This combination of treatments is thus highly recommended.更多还原
