【摘要】 目的:探讨ER,PR,Ki67及p53表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移的相关性研究和临床意义。方法:选取我院收治的95例原发性乳腺癌患者,均给予手术治疗,并于术后进行病理检测淋巴结转移情况,同时采用半定量免疫组化测定乳腺癌ER,PR,Ki67及p53的表达情况,最后将这些分子的表达与腋窝淋巴结转移情况进行比较与分析。结果:95例患者中淋巴结转移阳性率为43.16%,ER,PR,Ki67及p53的阳性表达率分别为63.16%,75.79%,71.58%和55.79%;ER,PR,Ki67及p53表达与淋巴结转移不存在直接相关性(P>0.05)。结论:ER,PR,Ki67及p53表达与淋巴结转移不存在直接相关性,两者相互独立而又相互补充,共同影响患者的预后,临床应综合各项因素、准确评估患者的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study of the e the correlations between the expressions of ER,PR,Ki67,and p53 in cancer tissue and the lymph note status of patients with breast cancer,and the clinical significance.Methods:86 patients with breast cance were given surgical treatment.The expressions of ER,PR,Ki67,and p53 in cancer tissue and lymph node status were assessed pathologically and by semiquantitative immunohistochemitry after operation.Finally the correlation between the expression of these molecules and lymph node status were analyzed.Results:Among 95 patients with the positive lymph node metastasis rate was 43.16%,the positive expression rates of ER,PR,Ki67 and p53 were respectively 63.16%,75.79%,71.58% and 55.79%.There was no direct correlation between the expression of ER,PR,Ki67 and p53 and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of ER,PR,Ki67 and p53 and lymph node metastasis was no direct correlation.Clinical various factors should be comprehensive,thus accurately assessing the prognosis of patients with breast cancer.更多还原
