【摘要】 目的:分析血液灌流(HP)联合血液透析(HD)治疗尿毒症临床效果及对患者残余肾功能(RRF)的影响。方法:将88例尿毒症患者随机分为两组,A组43例进行常规HD治疗,B组45例进行HP联合HD治疗,观察两组血液毒性物质清除情况及RRF变化。结果:两组尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组血清钙离子(Ca2+)、磷(P3+)、甲状旁腺激素(PHT)水平低于A组(P<0.05);B组RRF下降值小于A组(P<0.01)。结论:HP联合HD治疗尿毒症,不仅可清除BUN、Scr等小分子物质,同时可有效清除Ca2+、PHT等大分子物质,改善残余肾功能,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect and impact on RRF of HP combined with HD in the treatment of uremic.Methods:88 cases of uremic patients were randomly divided into two groups,43 in A group treated by routine HD,while 45 cases in B group treated by HP combined HD,observed clear effect of blood toxicity in circumstances and RRF changes.Results:Blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(SCr) clearance between two groups was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);serum calcium(Ca2+),phosphorus(P3+),parathyroid hormone(PHT) levels of B group were lower than in A group(P<0.05);decreased RRF of B group was less than in A group(P<0.01). Conclusion:HP combined HD in the treatment of uremia,not only to clear BUN,Scr and other small molecules,and can effectively remove Ca2 +,PHT and other macromolecules,improve residual renal function,improve quality of life.更多还原
