改进的高速LED恒流驱动通道的设计

【摘要】 LED显示屏行业为了解决恒流驱动单元存在的输出不稳和响应速度慢的问题做了大量研究和尝试,本文介绍了一种关于快速预充加速电路的改进设计。经过系统仿真平台的仿真结果显示,该系统的环路增益83d B,相位裕度80o。通道电流在2~45m A变化时,快速充电加速电路工作正常,通道开启时间仅为4ns。典型情况下,通道电流为20m A时,高性能通道的开启速度比传统结构提升了10倍以上。此输出驱动技术已成功应用于齐普光电的LED恒流驱动控制系统中。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of instability and slow response in the LED display industry, a lot of research has been done. This article introduces a kind of quick pre-charged circuit to the improved design. By the system simulation platform, the results show that the system loop gain is 83 db, and the phase margin is 80°.The output current ranged form 2 to 45 m A, quick charge circuit accelerates the circuit works well, and channel opening time is only 4 ns. If channel current is 20 m A, the speed of high-performance channel is more than 10 times than traditional structure. This output drive technology has been successfully applied to the constant LED current drive control system by Chip Optech.
