【摘要】 通过文献梳理和问卷设计,提出了大学生创业活动与创业意愿之间的相关假设并确定了概念模型。以天津市高校大学生的调查数据为样本,采用结构方程模型验证假设并估计效应大小。研究结果表明大学生创业活动对创业意愿有显著正向影响,但影响效应值偏小;创业活动对创业能力有显著正向影响;创业能力对创业意愿有直接正向影响和间接正向影响,但影响效应值均偏小。由此建议,提升大学生创业意愿,高校应从多方面政策措施入手。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through literature review and questionnaire design, we made the assumptions and the conceptual model between the entrepreneurial activity and entrepreneurial intention. The structural equation model was used to test hypotheses and to estimate the effect, with the survey data of the college students in Tianjin. The results showed that the entrepreneurial activities have significant impact on entrepreneurial intention, but the effect is relatively small. The entrepreneurial activities have significant impact on entrepreneurial capacity. And the entrepreneurial capacity has a direct and indirect positive impact on entrepreneurial intention, but effect values are small too. Thus we suggest that universities should enhance students’ entrepreneurial intention with measures from different aspects.更多还原
