TA1纯钛TIG焊的接头组织与性能分析

【摘要】 采用TIG焊技术焊接TA1钛合金,对比了5组不同焊接参数下的焊缝成形和力学性能,对力学性能最优的试样进行了接头硬度、组织、成分、耐蚀性能的研究。实验结果表明:TA1薄板焊接在较窄的电流范围内能获得良好的成形与拉力性能,峰值电流38 A时拉力性能达到母材的78.9%;接头硬度由焊缝向母材降低,焊缝至母材晶粒由等轴α晶向锯齿状α晶转变;物相分析焊缝为α-Ti与少量TiFe相金属间化合物组成;因TiFe化合物较母材更易被侵蚀,造成其焊缝耐蚀性略低于母材。

【Abstract】 Mechanical properties of 5 group TA1 joints welded by TIG welding technology under different welding parameters are compared. The joint hardness,microstructure,XRD,corrosion resistance of test sample with optimal mechanical properties is studied. Experiment results show that TA1 sheet welding can obtain good formability and mechanical properties in a narrow range of current.When peak of welding current is 38 A,the tensile of the joint reach to 78.9 % of the parent material in hardness. The joint hardness reduce from the welding seam to the parent metal,and the equiaxed alpha crystal transform to the jagged alpha crystal. The microstructure of welding seam is composed of α-Ti and a small amount of TiFe. Because the TiFe compound’s corrosion resistance is lower,the corrosion resistance of the welding seam is slightly lower than base metal.
