基于等离子体电解氧化和激光重熔的铝合金表面陶瓷化技术

【摘要】 介绍了一种等离子体电解氧化和激光重熔的复合工艺,可对铝合金表面进行陶瓷化。分析了激光与等离子体电解氧化膜层相互作用过程中的等离子体现象,根据对膜层的不同影响,将其归纳为3种类型的等离子体,并进一步阐述了等离子体电解氧化和激光重熔工艺的相互影响。电子显微镜和超显微硬度计检测结果表明:激光重熔降低了等离子体电解氧化膜层的孔隙率,并提高了致密度和硬度。

【Abstract】 A compound technology of plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO) and laser melting and solidification(LSM) technologies which could produce a ceramic coating on the aluminum surface was introduced. The plasma phenomenon during the LSM and PEO coatings interactions produced by three different kinds of plasma were analyzed. The relationship between PEO and LSM process in the compound technology was further demonstrated. The measuring results of SEM and ultra micro hardness tester proved that the porosity factor of the ceramic coating was lowered while the density and hardness were promoted by LSM.
