【Abstract】 As an emerging cleaning technology,laser cleaning has good momentum of development.However,its practical application has not really been extended up due to lack of theoretical research and limiting device technology.This paper describes the existing sets of laser cleaning equipment in detail at home and abroad,discusses the development and application status of laser cleaning through the research of process and practical application,and some prospects of its future development direction are presented.更多还原
