双丝脉冲焊模糊自适应PID控制系统

【摘要】 针对传统PID控制方法参数固定,在时变的焊接过程中难以获得最优控制效果的不足,提出利用模糊控制思想实现双丝脉冲焊过程PID参数的自适应调节。进行了控制系统总体方案设计,构建了模糊控制器、PID调节器的Simulink仿真模型。结合理论和双丝焊经验进行控制量模糊化处理、量化因子计算、隶属度曲线设计、模糊推理规则设计。利用所设计的控制系统模型进行了仿真试验,试验结果表明,模糊自适应PID控制系统结构简单、反应迅速,鲁棒性和自适应性强,输出电流动静态特性良好。

【Abstract】 In traditional PID control method,it’s difficult to obtain optimal control results during time-varying welding process because parameters are fixed. For this problem,fuzzy control theory is introduced to achieve adaptive adjustment of PID parameters in double wire pulsed welding process. The overall control system is designed,and the fuzzy controller and Simulink model of PID regulator are constructed. Combining theory and experience of double wire welding,fuzzy processing,quantification factor calculation,membership curve design and fuzzy inference rules design are finished. A simulation test is made by the designed control system model. The results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID control system structure is simple,the reponse is rapid,robustness and adaptability is good,and dynamic and static characteristics of output current is fine.
