一体化双丝焊机开发及主电路仿真建模分析
Integrated double wire welder development and main circuit simulation modeling analysis
【摘要】 针对双丝焊机体积大、通信复杂、协同控制困难的问题,提出基于DSP直接波控的一体化双丝焊机开发思路,设计了主电路、驱动电路、控制系统,构建了输入整流滤波电路、IGBT逆变模块、变压二次整流滤波模块、双丝输出负载模块等主电路仿真模块,构建了完整的主电路仿真模型。通过仿真试验,指导电源主电路设计。最后,利用自行开发的一体化双丝焊机进行了反相波形控制的焊接工艺试验。试验结果表明,反相波形控制可获得较好的焊接效果。
【Abstract】 For the double wire welder’s shortcomings such as large volume,complex communications and difficult collaboration control,DSP-based integrated direct wave controlled double wire welder development ideas is proposed. The main circuit,driver circuit and control systems was designed. The input rectifier filter circuit,IGBT inverter modules,rectifier transformer secondary filter module,two wire output load module and main circuit simulation model are constructed to guide the main circuit power supply design. Finally,welding procedure test of inverted waveform control is made by the self-developed integrated double wire welder. The test results show that the inverted waveform control can obtain good welding result.
