【摘要】 汽车后减振器贮油缸总成有三条焊缝,针对这种特殊结构,研制了三枪同步焊接机床。该机床采用PLC控制,三台焊机同时工作,不同焊接时段采用不同的焊接规范,且缸底焊接时焊枪自动变位,实现了三条焊缝的同时自动焊接,保证了焊缝质量,提高了生产效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The oil storage cylinder on auto rear shock absorber has three welding seams,and based on this we has developed threegun synchronous welding machine tool. Employing PLC control,three welding machines work together by using different welding methods at different time,and when welding the bottom of the cylinder,the welding guns are positioned automatically. By doing so, three welding seams are welded synchronously and the welding quality and efficiency are improved.更多还原
