The application of Modbus TCP protocol in HT-MOCVD controlling system
【摘要】 介绍了四十八所自主研发的高温MOCVD设备及控制系统组成,并介绍了采用Modbus TCP协议实现旋转控制器与温控仪通讯的编程实例。
【Abstract】 The composition of the controlling system of high temperature MOCVD researched and developed by the 48 th research institute of CETC is introduced. The program examples of wafer rotation and temperature controller using Modbus TCP protocol are presented.
