LED用ADC12铝合金材料性能优化研究
Study of High Property ADC12 Alloy for LED Lamp Shells
【摘要】 研究了压铸工艺参数和铝合金成分对ADC12铝合金材料压铸件力学性能的影响,试验结果表明:改性的压铸件抗拉强度(δb)为309.6 MPa,延伸率(δ)为3.32%,优于国内普遍使用的压铸铝合金ADC12,优化的ADC12合金具有更好的压铸成形性、出型性及机械加工性能,能够满足LED灯壳应用要求。
【Abstract】 A kind of new high property die casting A1 alloy is developed by ingredient and Die casting process parameters optimum design on the base of ADCl2 alloy. It is seen from the result of the modified ADCl2 alloy mechanics-experiment that the as-cast mechanics property values of tensile strength( δb) 309.6 MPa,elongation( δ) 3.32% are better than un-modified ADCl2 alloy. This kind of die casting A1 alloy has good performance of shaping,discharging from mold and machining. It Can satisfy the requirements of LED Lamp Shells.
