【Abstract】 Guangdong Committee of China Communist Youth League launched the Dream Program that provides a unique platform for the new generation of industrial workers to enhance their occupation qualities and skill levels. It is very epochal and significant. As an innovative education project which is just put into practice,the Dream Program needs to be improved in many aspects, such as object of education,teaching mode,management of teaching,teaching contents,the extent of applying and so on.
