T型三电平DC-DC变换器PWM脉冲调制方式
A PWM Modulation Scheme Designed for T-Type Three Level DC-DC Converter
【摘要】 高效DC-DC变换器是直流网电能汇聚与传输的关键部件,本文提出一种基于T型三电平技术的单相全桥DC-DC变换器。在分析主电路拓扑及工作原理的基础上,开展了换流过程的开关模态详细分析,同时深入讨论了矢量组合关系对中点电压偏移的影响,并针对性地提出一种周期内电压自平衡型PWM调制策略,且进一步推导了适用于工程实际的脉宽时间简化计算公式。此外,还设计了一套外环电压调节和内环电流调节的双闭环控制策略。最后,在Matlab/Simulink中构建了系统仿真模型,仿真结果表明论文所提PWM脉冲调制模式和DC-DC控制策略均具有良好的控制效果。
【Abstract】 High efficient DC-DC converter is a key component in DC grid for power transmission and collection.In this paper, a novel DC-DC converter based on T-type tri-level technique is presented. Firstly, the working principleis introduced. Then, a detailed commutation mode is analyzed. Also, neutral point voltage unbalance is discussed with the conventional PWM. Thence, a novel PWM method is presented for T-type DC-DC converter. At the same time, a simple formula is given to compute the switch time. Finally, the simulation model is built in Matlab/Simulink, and the results are satisfactory.
