电动汽车用开关磁阻电机驱动系统设计及优化
Design and Optimization for Switched Reluctance Motor Drive System in Electric Vehicles
【摘要】 为了达到车用开关磁阻电机驱动系统动态特性优化的目的,建立了其动态仿真模型,分析了负载转矩、开通角、关断角对转矩脉动及电机效率的影响及其规律。以降低转矩脉动,提高电机效率为目标,提出了一种双指标同步优化开关磁阻电机控制参数的方法,建立了基于负载转矩与电机转速的可变开通角、关断角控制参数模型。针对不同优化策略结果的对比分析以及实验结果表明,提出的双指标同步优化策略能很好地降低转矩脉动,提高电机效率,达到了优化开关磁阻电机驱动系统动态特性的目的。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the dynamic performance of the switched reluctance motor drive(SRD) in electric vehicle, the simulation model of the SRD is established and the effects of the load torque and operating angles are analyzed by simulation. A novel simultaneous optimization strategy is proposed to optimize the SRD dynamic performance based on weight factors, and the optimized operating angles as functions of load torque and rotor speed are developed by the novel method. Compared to the experimental results and simulation results from the torque ripple minimum and efficiency maximum methods, it is shown that the optimization strategy proposed in this paper can effectively optimize the dynamic performance of the SRD.
