二极管钳位型五电平逆变器低调制比电压平衡与矢量序列的分析
Analysis of Voltage Balancing Strategy and Vector Sequences of a Five-Level Diode-Clamped Converter
【摘要】 二极管钳位型五电平(5L-DCC)相对三电平具有诸多优势而得到广泛关注,本文研究了5L-DCC在调制比M<0.5(简称低调制比)时的电压平衡以及矢量序列的构造与切换。分析了5L-DCC基于目标函数优化的均压策略,通过构造七段式和五段式矢量序列为基础,根据参考矢量所在三角形,提出两种矢量序列切换规则,解决了5L-DCC基于目标函数优化最近三矢量空间适量调制(SVM)均压算法矢量序列的切换及优化选择问题,并研究了窄脉冲的消除。通过仿真与实验验证表明,所提方法对电容电压平衡快速性较好且电压纹波小。
【Abstract】 Due to the various advantages compared with three-level converter, the five-level diode-clamped converter(5L-DCC) is widely studied. This paper focuses on the DC-capacitor voltage balancing and vector sequences switch mechanism of a space vector modulation(SVM) modulated 5L-DCC as modulation index is less 0.5. The 5L-DCC voltage balancing strategy based on objective function optimization is analyzed. On the basis of seven segment and five segment vector sequences, this paper comes to two vector sequences selection rules according to reference vector location. The DC-capacitor voltage balancing and narrow pulse problems are solved. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method is effective and capacitor voltage ripple is low.
