含风电场经济调度中备用配置的研究
Study of reserve configuration of economic dispatch in wind farm integrated system
【摘要】 风电与负荷的不确定性给电力系统的经济调度带来了困难,如何处理风险,综合考虑经济发电与旋转备用计划是经济调度中需要解决的问题。风电场出力预测主要影响系统的负荷运行备用容量,因此要通过配置备用来应付系统中的不确定性因素。本文通过备用的效益与成本在目标函数中的相互牵制,自动为系统配置合适的备用,并引入{0,1}变量将非线性约束转化为由一组线性约束条件来表达,转化后的数学模型为标准的二次混合整数规划问题,算例分析表明本文模型的有效性和实用性。
【Abstract】 The uncertainty of wind power and load forecast brought difficulties to power economic dispatch,and the problem need to be solved was how to deal with risk,economic generation and spinning reserve plan.The solution which is economic and reliable is difficult to be attained by traditional ways.Load operating reserve capacity of the system is mainly impacted by wind power prediction,so that the backup should be configured to cope with the uncertainty of the system factors.Through the mutual check of the spare benefit and cost in the objective function,suitable spare could be automatically configured for the system,and { 0,1} variable was introduced in the nonlinear constraints,so it could be transformed to a group of linear constrains to express,and the transformation of the mathematical model was a standard secondary mixed integer programming problem.The example results show the effectiveness and practicability.
