【摘要】 当前我国保障房的物业管理问题日益突出,其中最大的问题是物业管理资金来源的不足。在当前状况下,用公共财政来扶持保障房物业管理既有必要性又有可行性。所以,有必要通过将财政补贴资金纳入各级政府年度财政预算、上级政府对下级的财政转移支付及激励、对物业企业税收扶持、按比例计提土地出让金以及运营商业设施等方式来解决我国保障房物业管理资金的不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problems with the management of indemnifi catory housing in China at present have become increasingly prominent, with the biggest problem being the lack of sources funding property management. In view of the current situation, it is both necessary and feasible to use the public fi nances to support such property management.
