【摘要】 应用《心理健康测评量表(试用版)》,采用问卷法整群随机抽样测试的方式,对某地区324名放射工作人员心理健康状况进行初步调查和分析。剔除无效问卷6份后的统计结果表明:(1)该地区放射工作人员心理健康优秀者占3.77%、良好者占17.92%、一般状态者占39.95%、心理欠佳者占21.38%、异常者占16.98%;(2)放射性工作人员不同工种人均年剂量当量越高心理健康人格因素得分越低,且负相关显著;(3)放射性工作人员的倾向性、焦虑性、紧迫性得分较高,聪颖性、安定性、活泼性、恒定性、虚幻性、激进性得分较低。结果提示,该地区放射工作人员的心理健康状况基本能适任其岗位,心理健康状况还可进一步提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using of Mental Health Evaluation Scale( trial version) " and cluster random sampling method,a total of 318 radiological staffs in a city were investigated and analyzed for their mental health and mental health status.
