前列地尔脂微球载体制剂治疗老年慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

【摘要】 目的观察前列地尔脂微球载体制剂(Lipo-PGE)对老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法将入选60例慢性心力衰竭患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组(n=30),对照组采用常规心力衰竭药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用前列地尔脂微球载体制剂10μg,1次/d,连续应用10 d。比较2组前后心功能、心电图变化、左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏量(SV)及左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)的变化。结果治疗组患者治疗后心功能及心电图有显著改善(P<0.05),并有效提高心衰患者LVEF及SV水平(P<0.05),同时可以有效降低患者LVEDd(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率相比于对照组明显改善,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用前列地尔脂微球载体制剂治疗老年慢性心力衰竭,可明显改善患者心功能,安全性高,具有良好的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Alprostadil(Lipo-PGE) on elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 60 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(n=30). The control group was given conventional anti heart failure therapy. Based on the conventional treatment, the treatment group was received Lipo-PGE 10 μg, 1 times a day. The two groups were treated continuously for 10 days. The cardiac functional grading, changes of ECG, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), stroke volume(SV) and left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVED) in the two groups were compared. Results The cardiac functional and ECG were significant different in the treatment group after treatment(P<0.05). The LVEF and the SV for patients with heart failure were significantly improved(P<0.05), and the LVEDd were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion It can improve the cardiac function and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions that Alprostadil was used in elderly patients with chronic heart failure, and has a good prospect of utilization.更多还原
