全膝关节置换术治疗骨性关节炎75例临床效果分析

【摘要】 目的探讨全膝关节置换术治疗骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 75例骨性关节炎患者均行全膝关节置换术治疗,对患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果治疗前患者关节屈曲与HSS评分分别是(75±4)°、(47.2±1.7)分,治疗后分别是(98.5±2.4)°、(92.5±7.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨性关节炎患者行全膝关节置换术具有显著的临床疗效,对于改善患者生活质量价值极高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of total knee arthroplasty for the treatment of osteoarthritis. Methods All 75 osteoarthritis patients underwent total knee replacement therapy, clinical treatment data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The joint function of patients with pain, activity and the symptoms were improved after surgery; Complications did not occur during rehabilitation after operation; Postoperative followup HISS score was significantly higher than the preoperative score, score before and after operation compared with significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion Has significant clinical efficacy on patients with osteoarthritis underwent total knee replacement, to improve the life quality of patients with high value, and can be popularized and applied.更多还原
